This weekend Elite Parking Services was on site at a private residence, providing valet parking services for a fundraising event benefiting A Critter's Chance. This is an organization that specializes in wildlife rehabilitation and exotic / domestic pet rescue and adoption. If you get a second, check them out on-line and show them your support!
The event was hosted by Rachel Simon, and I have to say: the entire Simon staff was awesome to work with! Logistics were flawless thanks to their hard work!
Elite Parking Services was on-site for almost 7 hours, and we parked every guest vehicle. Once inside, guests listened to the Blind Side Band, bid on silent auction items & browsed thru custom jewelry from Ariana Jewelry, and enjoyed some tasty treats brought in by The Fountains and Pastry Palette.
This was one of those great private parties where valet parking was truly a "must have". We parked well over 100 cars, and kept every single one of them ON PROPERTY. Props to our valet attendants who ran hard and created some wonderful first and last impressions!

Eiteljorg Bridal Open House
One of the most beautiful wedding and special event venues in Indianapolis is the Eiteljorg Museum. The architecture (inside and out) is gorgeous, the landscaping on the grounds is amazing, and events there feature Kahn's Katering, which means every single guest will be impressed. But when you talk about FIRST IMPRESSIONS, you have to talk about offering valet parking services at any event at the Eiteljorg. Otherwise, guests arrive down in the parking garage, and well - that's just not the same!

Once inside, they were able to check out the beautiful reception space decked out in 4 different "themes". And of course, there were some top-notch vendors on hand to talk to the brides about anything they might need to make their wedding days just a little better! I had a blast talking to IndyVisual, Posh Petals, Classic Cakes, Encore Entertainment, Flowers by Tiffany, BPL Images, Chair Covers & Linens, Tuxedos by Allison and a couple others...

A Great Night For A Great Cause!
Last night Elite Parking Services had the honor of providing valet parking for the Indianapolis Beauty Bash: a fabulous girls night out designed to raise money for the Julian Center.
Guests arrived at the Ritz Charles in Carmel and were, of course, greeted with smiles & red vests that are the signature sight of Elite Parking Services! Once inside, ladies got to enjoy cocktails & hors d’oeuvres, watch a FAB fashion show, and browse thru dozens of chic boutique vendors. Major props must go out to Circle City Planners and Blades Hair Design for putting together such an amazing evening!
The Julian Center is a nonprofit agency providing counseling, safe shelter, and education for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and other life crises. We felt honored to be able to be a part of such a great night, benefiting such a great cause!

We Make It Look Easy!
This weekend Elite Parking Services provided valet parking at one of the greatest wedding venues in Indianapolis: Laurel Hall. This venue is gorgeous, but with less than 60 parking spaces, parking is a challenge for 160 guests, the wedding party, catering staff, and other vendors! I heard quite a few guests saying "Thank God they offered valet parking!".
Our beautiful bride, Meggin, works in the wedding business, and we were honored to be working with some of the very BEST vendors in town! Hoaglin Fine Catering provided dinner, Heavenly Sweets brought dessert, Sunny Moon kept everyone dancing, and Matt Dietrich captured pictures, and Kay Krober coordinated the event to keep things running smoothly all evening! WOW! What a line-up!
If you're thinking about having an event at Laurel Hall - CALL ME! Parking is tight, but Elite Parking Services managed to keep every car happy (every car stayed on property too!), and the smiles on the guests faces at the end of the evening was a great way to end the night!

Spirit of the Prairie
This past Saturday our team had the privilege of providing valet parking services at Conner Prairie for "Spirit of the Prairie"! This fabulous event allowed over 300 people to see what Conner Prairie has to offer, while at the same time enjoying some wonderful food, drink and entertainment.
Some of the local politicians even participated in a Tomahawk throwing competition! How fun!
We had a valet team of 8 guys, and I must say - they were looking sharp in their uniforms! We had a bit of down time during the event, and then these guys really impressed me with how fast they ran to retrieve each and every car. Granted, it was only 55 degrees outside and we were a bit chilly, so running helped warm them up!
Thank you Kathy, for allowing our team to be part of Spirit of the Prairie this year. Hopefully we will have a chance to provide parking services for future Conner Prairie events!

Wet Wet Wedding!
They say that rain on your wedding day is a sign of good luck! If so, then Tiffany & Doug are going to be the luckiest people I know! They were married at their home in Carmel on Saturday, and Elite Parking Services had the honor of being a part of their wonderful wet wedding day.
The rain started about 15 minutes before the guests started arriving - perfect timing, huh?! The Elite valet attendants greeted every car w/ a smile AND a nice big umbrella or two!
The bride & groom refused to let a little rain ruin their day, and easily made the call to move the ceremony inside (and Ritz Charles Catering was quick to set up an inside bar to help pass time until everyone could get outside under the tent for the reception). And the photographer, Denis Kelly, seemed to enjoy the rain as much as I did! I hope he got a good shot of our guys valet parking a car or two!
It was a wet day, but a fabulous event all the same. Our valet attendants got a little wet, but the guests stayed dry. Happy, too! We had a great time getting to know a few of Doug & Tiffany's friends during the evening. Have a great time in Cabo guys, and be sure to call us when you get home!
