Beauty Bash Benefits the Julian Center

Last night Elite Management Services had the privilege of participating in the 2nd Annual Beauty Bash! This fabulous event was held at the Mansion at Oak Hill in Carmel, and was presented by our good friends at Circle City Planners.

This fabulous evening of "Shop Til You Drop" included a fashion show, silent auction, and a total shopping extravaganza featuring tons of local boutiques and merchants. The best part?? All proceeds from the evening go directly to benefit the Julian Center -- a resource for hope and healing offering safe shelter to women and children in Indianapolis.

The Elite valet parking team was on hand to make sure attendees could get inside and start shopping as soon as possible! No time spent worrying about finding a parking spot, and no blisters from walking across the parking lot in all those gorgeous sexy shoes.

Eiteljorg Weddings

It's autumn. Leaves are turning colors, apples are ready for picking, and the most beautiful Indiana wedding season is upon us! And of course, when you attend a fabulous Indiana wedding, you're likely to run into an Elite valet parking team!

One of our very favorite Indiana wedding venues is the Eiteljorg Museum in downtown Indianapolis. Whether the bride & groom are choosing to have only the reception here, or taking advantage of the beautiful outdoor ceremony garden, the guests are always amazed at the beauty of the venue.

I'm a huge believer that EVERY wedding at the Eiteljorg Museum needs valet parking! Otherwise, guests arrive a couple of levels underground in a parking garage, and completely miss the amazing architecture and pristine gardens that truly define this awesome building!

VIP Valet Parking

This past weekend, Elite Management Services began offering valet parking services for a new client.

University Place Conference Center and Hotel -- welcome to the Elite family!

University Place is located on the I.U.P.U.I. campus in downtown Indianapolis. It is a beautiful hotel, with beautiful property and recently renovated guest and banquet rooms (and honestly some of the best hospitality staff I've ever worked with!). Although they have adequate parking space in their attached garage, they do not offer valet parking service as a daily amenity.

But.

University Place recently became the host hotel for a special events group that is accustomed to valet parking service. Rather than telling this group that they did not offer valet parking, they called Elite Management Services to make VIP arrangements for the group. NOW *THAT*, MY FRIENDS, IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Listening to your customer, and providing them the services they ask for!

Elite arrived at University Place this past weekend with a valet team totally focused on greeting every single arriving guest like the VIPs that they are! It was a great weekend, we parked some amazing cars, and MOST IMPORTANTLY -- University Place was able to shine by providing exactly what their client wanted. A win/win situation for everybody!

Tonight, Elite Management Services is excited to welcome Adobo Grill to the list of awesome restaurant locations where we provide valet parking service!

Adobo has been offering Indy a great northside dining experience for a couple of years. Recently, they decided to liven up downtown Indy by relocating to 110 E. Crazy Colts Parking

Thursday, Indianapolis welcomed the second Colts home game of the 2008 season in the brand new Lucas Oil Stadium. Elite Management Services' valet teams joined in on the excitement as hundreds of Colts fans visited our restaurant locations for dinner before the game, and drinks afterwards.

If you're planning on attending a Colts home game this season (there are 8 more on the schedule, beginning next week when we take on the Chicago Bears), PLEASE consider stopping by one of the great downtown restaurants before or afterwards. If you arrive early for a late afternoon or evening game, make parking a little easier by taking advantage of valet parking! It costs the same as special event garage parking, and you get to avoid congested parking garages.

Today, we have 7 downtown locations where we can provide game-day valet parking within walking distance of Lucas Oil Stadium. But STAY TUNED! We'll have another one very soon (I can't wait to tell you all about it!).

So Much To Talk About. Finally. Again.

A year ago our company decided we needed to share all of the excitement that surrounds us.

Then, all that exciting stuff started to keep us REALLY super busy. And logging in to blog became just one more thing...

Earlier this week, I talked to a bride on the phone. She called because she'd read an old blog post about Elite Management Services providing valet parking at one of our FAVORITE wedding venues -- which of course is the exact Indianapolis location she's chosen for her own wedding next year. During my conversation with her, I realized how many exciting things have happened in our valet parking world that we haven't shared. And I decided to recommit.
