N.I.F.S. (National Institute for Fitness and Sports), located on the IUPUI campus, provides you with all the work-out equipment you could want, and plenty of fitness classes, too. And don't let a little cold weather scare you off -- at N.I.F.S., you don't even have to brave the long walk across the cold parking lot!

That's because the valet parking team from Elite Management Services is out front every Monday thru Wednesday evenings, ready to greet N.I.F.S. members right at the front door -- you go work out, we park the car. And when you're done getting your heart rate up, don't worry about bundling-up -- we'll bring your car right back to the front door, warming up with the heat already on.
